Premium Protection & Long-Term Care for Your Roof 🛡️ Halo Sentinel Plan Premium quarterly exterior maintenance for complete peace of mind. Designed for proactive homeowners, this plan includes four seasonal visits covering full moss and debris removal, roof and siding soft washing, ground-level window cleaning, and comprehensive inspections—keeping your entire exterior in top shape all year long. Includes: 4 visits per year (Quarterly) Full roof moss removal & preventative treatment (up to 3,000 sq. ft.) Gutter and downspout cleaning with minor repairs Soft wash pressure washing for siding and roof (up to 1,500 sq. ft.) Ground-level window cleaning Exterior inspections: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and foundation Minor caulking and sealing Priority scheduling Detailed follow-up report after each visit Note: Additional charges apply for square footage beyond limits or unusually difficult access (e.g., steep slopes or second-story gutters). Pressure washing beyond 1,500 sq. ft. is charged at $0.45 per sq. ft. Roof coverage over 3,000 sq. ft. is billed at $0.35 per sq. ft.

Halo Roofing Solutions – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 📅 Effective Date: 03/03/2025 At Halo Roofing Solutions, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality service while ensuring fair scheduling for all customers. This policy outlines our booking, cancellation, and waitlist procedures for all services. 1️⃣ Booking Policy ✅ Scheduling Appointments: Customers can book services through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. A confirmation will be sent upon booking. ✅ Deposit Requirement: Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the final service cost. ✅ Service Confirmation: Customers will receive a reminder 48 hours before their scheduled appointment via phone, email, or SMS. ✅ Property Access: Customers must ensure access to the property for scheduled services. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 🔹 Standard Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. 🔹 Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost. 🔹 Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: If a customer cancels on the same day or is not present for the appointment, a 50% fee may be charged. 🔹 Severe Weather or Emergencies: If extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies occur, we will reschedule services at no additional cost. 3️⃣ Waitlist Policy 📌 Joining the Waitlist: If no immediate appointments are available, customers can join the waitlist. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 📌 Priority Scheduling: Customers on maintenance plans (Halo Shield, Guardian, Sentinel, Apex) receive priority for rescheduled openings. 📌 Notification Process: Customers on the waitlist will be contacted if an earlier time slot becomes available.
